In order to extend commercial car transportation service, Jiangsu Jeetong Logistics Co., Ltd. established Yancheng Jiexun Express Co., Ltd., the sole subsidiary, on April 28, 2007. The registered office is in Yancheng, Jiangsu with a registered capital of RMB 1.5 million. The company is specialized in commercial car transportation service. There are 155 employees, among which 26 are management staff. The company has already possessed 64 car transportation vehicles through purchasing and integrating social transportation resources to provide commercial car transportation service for Dongfeng Yueda Kia Automobile Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as DYK).

During the first year since the establishment of Yancheng Jiexun, the company has accumulatively delivered 0.5 million commercial cars to DYK and other companies, acquiring a good reputation in commercial car market. On the basis of ordinary car transportation business, Jiexun Company continues to extend its business network which has already opened up 20 special lines for car transportation business including Nanjing, Beijing, Liuzhou, Guangdong, Chongqing, Xi’an and other cities; together with NAC Logistics Co., Ltd., Beijing Kuaike Logistics Co., Ltd., Shenzhen Dongfeng Checheng Logistics Co., Ltd., Guangxi Liujiang Shuangming Logistics Co., Ltd. and Guangxi Liujiang Tongda Logistics Co., Ltd., it also forms a car transportation network which has radiated the whole country.
